This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 20.02.2024 passed in CWP-3828-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 20.02.2024 was duly complied with and a speaking order was passed on 21.10.2024.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to challenge the speaking order in accordance with law as all the benefits have not been given.

Dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid. Rule stands discharged.
