The writ petition has been filed concealing most of the material facts. The written statement filed by respondent No.2-Punjab Nurses Registration Council today in court reveals that the petitioner had appeared in 3rd year examination of the GNM course in July, 2017 and her result was declared on 04.10.2017. Thereafter the Institute, namely, respondent No.3College submitted the 'Internal Examination Marks' and 'Clinical Attendance Detail' of GNM interns on 01.11.2017 only and on receipt thereof, the Council declared the result on 15.11.2017. No delay, thus, can be attributed to the Council in declaring the result. Since last date to apply for admission Meenu 2017.12.12 12:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

CWP-26990-2017 -2to B.Sc. (Nursing) expired before the declaration of result, no effective relief can be granted to the petitioner. She ought to have pursued the matter with the Institute, namely, respondent No.3 for timely submission of the 'Internal Assessment Marks'. No case to interfere with the action is made out. Dismissed.
