This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside order dated 16.12.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad, whereby the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. (Annexure P-5) in COMI No.340 of 2021, for issuance of direction for investigation and registration of FIR against respondents no.3 and 4 under Section 166-A has been rejected and the order dated 07.06.2022, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad (Annexure P-6), whereby CRR No.17 of 2022 has been dismissed as non-maintainable and for allowing the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., directing respondent no.2 to register FIR against respondents no.3 and 4.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail other remedies, in accordance with law.
