The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondent-bank to decide legal notice dated 26.12.2016 (Annexure P-13) and declare unauthorised leave period of 12 days as authorised leave period. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed, if the respondents are directed to decide legal notice dated 26.12.2016 (Annexure P-13) in a time bound manner.

Faced with this, learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 4 submits that the matter has already been thoroughly inquired and appropriate order stands passed, nevertheless, legal notice dated 26.12.2016 (Annexure P-13) of the petitioner would be re-looked and an appropriate order would be passed within six weeks from today.
