(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.15 dated 28.02.2025 under Section 281, 125(a), 324(4) of BNS (Section 109(2) of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Phase-8, District SAS Nagar, Mohali. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kewal Krishan, has apprised the court that in compliance of order dated 02.07.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and not required for further investigation.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 02.07.2025, is hereby made absolute.
