Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the revised retiral benefits to the petitioners after considering their case for promotion to the post of Assistant Registrars. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that petitioners along with other similarly situated employees had made representation dated 05.07.2018 (Annexure P5) to the authorities taking all these grievances that they were also required to be considered at the time of passing of the order, but the same has not been decided as yet.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.1 to look into the representation dated 05.07.2018 (Annexure P5) and decide the same by passing a speaking order expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
