Prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to step up the pay of petitioner at par with his junior colleague, namely Satyawan in view of Government instructions dated 27.11.2006 (Annexure P3) and 05.03.2009 (Annexure P4). Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner got issued legal notice dated 10.07.2018 (Annexure P6), which is pending before the respondents, but the same has not been decided as yet. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to Mr. Mulwani during the course of the day.
