Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Parteek in case FIR No. 86 dated 14.05.2019, registered under Section(s) 420, 406 & 506 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case as no amount was paid to him at any stage and he is ready to join the investigation. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ashok Muthreja, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1, whereas Mr.Piyush Aggarwal, Advocate, who is present in the Court, has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and filed his power of attorney. Criminal Misc. No. M-33746 of 2019 Rs.7,00,000/- was deposited by Kanta Devi, wife of Rohtash Singh (complainant) in the bank account of the petitioner on 26.12.2017. The matter requires intensive investigation. As such, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and present petition stands dismissed.
