SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

This is the second petition for regular bail in case FIR No.83 dated 13.04.2019 registered under Sections 21, 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station City Ferozepur, Ferozepur.

Custody certificate dated 02.12.2020 has been filed by the State. Same is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
