**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming the pensionary benefits on the ground that the pension scheme, which was made applicable in the year 1996 was not circulated and the petitioner due to the non-action on the part of the respondents could not avail the legitimate right to get the pension. In order to claim pension, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 04.09.2018 (Annexure P-5 Colly.).
Counsel for the petitioner states that, at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case a time bound direction is given to the respondents to pass a speaking order on the claim made by him in the said representation.

CWP-25282-2018 -2Keeping in view the request made by counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the claim being made by the petitioner in the representation dated 04.09.2018 (Annexure P-5), the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the claim made by the petitioner in the representation dated 04.09.2018 (Annexure P-5), by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
