Since the posts occupied by them are included in Group-C Category under the Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group-C) Service Rules, 2012, they have questioned the validity of that clause contained in the above-mentioned Rules and have sought a further direction to upgrade and include their posts amongst Group-B Gazetted posts.

Since learned counsel for the petitioners has taken a stand that their representations dated 31.10.2015 and 02.12.2015 (P-18 & P-19) are pending consideration, we do not express any views on merits of the petitioners' claim and dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to decide those representations and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners as early as MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.04.01 16:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
