This is the second petition for regular bail in case FIR No.59 dated 19.06.2019 registered under Sections 354-D, 376(2)(n), 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 6 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 at Police Station Women, Sirsa, District Sirsa. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court in view of the subsequent developments. Permitted to do so.
