**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been duly appointed as a Salesman in the year 2013. The petitioner has not been paid his salary and other dues. He further contends that the petitioner has sent a legal (Annexure P-6) in this regard. He also contends that he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the legal notice (Annexures P-6) in accordance with law. Issue notice to respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Jasleen Kaur Sidhu, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the legal notice (Annexures P-6) in accordance with law within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
