Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing Clause 7.b of the Teacher Transfer Policy, 2023, dated 09.08.2023, Annexure P-3, including Annexure I, which does not include Behcet's disease as a chronic one for the purpose of grant of marks under special factor at the time of transfer, despite the disease having been categorized complicated chronic disease, by virtue of Clause 18 of the Notification, dated 11.01.2024, Annexure P-4, issued by the Health Department regarding chronic diseases for medical reimbursement. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case he is permitted to make a fresh representation before the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, School Education Department, raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be decided expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, School Education Department, by passing a speaking order thereupon, within a period of three months of receiving the representation.
