Present writ petition is for quashing the impugned order dated 29.06.2018 (Annexure P7), passed by respondent No.3-Commandant, CRPF, Group Centre, Sonepat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner herein has already made detailed representations dated 10.07.2018 (Annexure P11) and dated 11.08.2018 (Annexure P15) before respondent No.6-Inspector General of Police, CRPF, Hallomajra, Chandigarh, but no action is being taken thereon. Learned counsel further contended that grievance of the petitioner would be redressed if respondent No.6 is directed to decide the representation dated 11.08.2018 (Annexure P15). Notice of motion.
