(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently certain documents could not be appended to show the actual physical possession of the petitioner, despite the award having been announced on 9th March, 1979. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing complete relevant documents and better particulars.
