Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to count the ad hoc services of the petitioner and for grant of Assured Career Progression Scheme and computation of pensionary benefits under the Revised Pay Rules, 2008. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made representation dated 15.01.2017 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.3-General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Karnal, but no action is being taken thereon till date. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to to respondent No.3-General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Karnal, to look into the representation dated 15.01.2017 (Annexure P1), made by the petitioner and to take required action thereon.
