Mr. Manav Bajaj, Advocate for respondent No. 2. **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No. 107 dated 27.07.2016 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur (Annexure P-2) and the challan/report under Section 173 Cr.P.C dated 16.04.2017 (Annexure P-3) and charge sheet dated 27.10.2017 (Annexure P-4).
