Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the claims of the petitioner i.e. to release her salary for the period with effect from 01.10.2012 to 18.10.2012 and to grant pay for the higher post of Director, SCERT, Punjab on which she worked with effect from 20.10.2011 to 31.07.2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the said purpose, petitioner has already made representation dated 12.07.2018 (Annexure P8), but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Rukhsaar Dhindsa, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to her during the course of the day.
