**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are working as JBT teachers in their respective schools. They are duly qualified, as per Haryana Gazette dated 11.04.2012 (Annexure P-4) and were claiming promotions. As per the above said gazette dated 11.04.2012, the list of teachers posted in schools were prepared on 01.06.2018 (P-2)and name of the same of the petitioners was also mentioned in the list .

In this regard, the petitioners had given a representation dated 02.07.2018 (Annexure P-3) but till date no action has been taken, In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondent No. 3 to consider the case of the petitioner by passing a speaking order on the representation dated 02.07.2018 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law.
