**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner is seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to trace/re-construct his service book and to grant 2nd ACP and promotion immediately from the due date.

The petitioner has also submitted a legal notice dated 21.04.2015 (Annexure P-6) in this regard, but no decision has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the legal notice, referred to above.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 GAURAV ARORA 2016.01.19 15:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

C.W.P No. 588 of 2016 -2and 3 to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioner dated 21.04.2015 (Annexure P-6) by passing a speaking order expeditiously and further trace/re-construct service book of the petitioner and if he found to be eligible for 2nd ACP and promotion, the same be given to him, in accordance with law.
