Learned counsel submits that there are 4 posts of the EBPG category that were lying vacant and be converted into general category wherefrom though petitioners had not been able to secure selection being younger in age however they secured marks equal to the last selected candidate in the general category with regard to which representations dated 25.05.2021, Annexures P-7 to P-9, that had been submitted were not decided. He, on instructions, prays that the petitioners would be satisfied, in case, a direction is given to respondent No.1 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the representations dated 25.05.2021, Annexures P-7 to P-9, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
