**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned transfer order dated 13.09.2018 (Annexure P-2) qua the petitioner, vide which petitioner was transferred from District Sonepat to District Panipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous as the respondents have withdrawn the impugned order during pendency of the writ petition. Disposed of as infructuous.
