S.J. VAZIFDAR, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral):

The petitioner had earlier filed CWP No.3331 of 2010 in respect of the same acquisition proceedings. That petition was dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 9.3.2011. The petitioner withdrew the petition stating that an award had been passed and that the petitioner wanted to get the compensation. The petitioner now seeks to challenge the acquisition itself on the ground that certain facts were not known to him when he withdrew the writ petition.

This writ petition is not maintainable in view of the earlier orders dated 9.3.2011. The petitioner must first adopt the proceedings to have the said order recalled or reviewed.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
