This petition is filed for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 100, dated 17th April, 2021, under Sections 379-B(2), 506 and 34 IPC (Sections 452 and 392 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 were added later), registered at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural. 3.

After arguing the matter at length, realising that this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
