(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and to allot plot to the petitioners under the Oustees Quota in view of the policy dated 07.12.2007 (Annexure P-1) and also in terms of the law laid down in LPA No. 2096 of 2011, titled as 'HUDA and others Vs. Sandeep and others', decided on 25.04.2012.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before respondent No.2 by incorporating the grievance as raised in the present writ petition. However, direction be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation expeditiously in a time bound manner in accordance with law.

CWP No. 6737 of 2015 - 2 - liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation raising all the pleas as raised in the present writ petition within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is directed that in case a representation is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation by passing speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners in accordance with law.
