(ORAL) The petitioner herein has sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.174 dated 01.09.2021 registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga, under Sections 452, 323 read with Section 34 IPC.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 14.10.2021, as passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and he is also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature.

In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of NEETU RANI 2022.02.02 15:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC
