On the last date of hearing i.e. 01.07.2026, the following order was passed: - "The petitioners have invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court by filing the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deposit their Contributory Provident Fund/General Provident Fund i.e. the amount deducted from their salaries and the contribution of the State alongwith interest into their respective accounts.

On receipt of advance copy, Mr. S.S.Mann, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.4 - Nagar Council, Zira, District Ferozepur and has RAVINDER SINGH 2026.07.02 19:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
