' 2, (1 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to the intervening developments, the petition has become infructuous and he also wants to withdraw the same.

However, learned counsel further submits in case, there is any threat perception, in future he may be given liberty to file fresh petition. Such request is not opposed by the State counsel. Consequently, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
