It is submitted that the representation dated 14.07.2017 of the petitioner has been decided and in this regard CM No.499-2019 has been filed for placing on record the letter dated 15.12.2018 received from the Local Head Office, New Delhi along with copy of the email dated 18.01.2018 sent to the petitioner. The same is allowed as prayed for. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the policy as well as appraisal report. In our opinion the cause of action has come to an end in view of the decision rendered by the State Bank of India.
