(Oral) Through instant petition, preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits along with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of realization after putting in a service of 38 years with Municipal Council, Nawanshahr as well as to grant the payment of working Saturdays, medical reimbursement and provident fund in compliance of order dated 12.08.2003. And further to release the arrears based on increments as per Revised Pay Scales Rules, 2009 due since 01.01.2006 2.

CWP No.6747 OF 2015 --2-- arrived at a consensus that let a direction be given to the petitioner to hand over the charge, if any, remains to be handed over to the concerned official and on doing the needful, the department is ready to release the retiral benefits to him. 3.
With the aforesaid consensus arrived at between the parties, instant petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to hand over the charge, if any, remains to be handed over by him to the department and after the needful is done, the retiral benefits shall be calculated and released to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
