The petitioner seeks probe of holding a high level inquiry with regard to theft of electricity. It has been submitted before this Court that demand raised by the department of electricity has already been paid. If at all, the petitioner has any grievance, she can always put a lock on the electricity meter and can seek remedy under Section 133 Cr.P.C or any other provisions of law but not in this Court. Thus, the writ petition is not maintainable.
