Gnanasekaran etc., 2025 (3) RCR (Criminal) 208. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the main appeal i.e. CRM-A-1198-2024 is taken on board today itself. CRM-A-1198-2024 Consequent, to the permission granted to the appellant for withdrawal of the main appeal, by allowing his application i.e.
