Petitioner has filed petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.59, dated 20.04.2025 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 332, 351(3) and 305 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station City-2 Abohar, District Fazilka, Punjab. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated June 25, 2025 has already joined the investigation.

Status report dated 25.08.2025 by way of an affidavit of Sukhwinder Singh Brar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Abohar, District Fazilka has been filed on behalf of respondentState by the learned State counsel and the same is taken on record. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated June 25, 2025 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS, 2023.
