Learned counsel for the respondents contends that there is an alternative remedy of filing service appeal under Rule 19 of Punjab Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service) Group 'D' Service Rules, 2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy. 5.
