(Oral) Petitioners - Ashok Kumar, Bablu, Surinder Kumar, Madan Singh, Satpal and Suresh Kumar, all of them working as Firemen with Municipal Committee, Bawal, Rewari, have brought the instant civil writ petition against respondents - State of Haryana, through Principal Secretary, Urban Local Bodies and Fire Service Department, Haryana, Haryana Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh; The Director, Urban Local Bodies Department, Haryana, Bays No. 11-14, Sector 14, Panchkula; The Director, Fire Service Department, Haryana, Bays No. 55-58, Sector 2, Panchkula; District Municipal BANITA CHUGH 2021.10.14 14:42 I agree to specified portions of this document

CWP No. 21324 of 2021 -2Commissioner (District Rewari), Civil Secretariat Rewari and Municipal Committee, Bawal (Rewari), through its Secretary , craving for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing respondents to grant them minimum of the pay scale in terms of judgment dated 26.10.2016 (Annexure P-2) in compliance with the policy instructions dated 3.11.2017 (Annexure P-3). The petitioners are stated to have submitted representation dated 30.4.2021 to the Secretary, Municipal Committee, Bawal (Rewari), but without evoking any response.

Learned State counsel submits that said representation submitted by the petitioners would be disposed of expeditiously. Let it be so done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and the petitioners may approach the Court again, if need be, after disposal of their representation. Allowed.
