(Oral) The petitioners in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, has impugned the orders dated 01.03.2016 (Annexures P-2 & P-3 respectively), passed by the District Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Sri Muktsar Sahib - respondent No.2. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation to respondent No.3 raising all the pleas as have been sought to be raised in the present writ petition along with challenge to Annexures P-2 & P-3 respectively. However, a prayer was made that a time bound direction be issued to the concerned respondent to decide the representation expeditiously, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
