 MAIN CASE The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the Award dated 19.01.2016 passed by Permanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility Services), Karnal in an Application under Section 22-C of the Legal Services Authorities Act.
