(Oral) Petitioners have preferred this petition for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman, Micro Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Jalandhar, Punjab to hear and decide the maintainability application in case No.375/2020 by way of passing a speaking order. Perusal of the pleadings in para no.5 of the petition would show that the application was taken on record on 08.09.2021 and was rejected on the same date without passing any reasoned order of rejection.

Petitioners have attached the said order as Annexure P-5. Since the order has already been passed i.e. amenable to JYOTI SHARMA 2021.11.09 15:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 22594 of 2021 -2further challenge before the competent authority/Court, therefore, at this stage, no interference is called for in this petition, however, a direction is issued to respondent No.1 to supply certified copy of order dated 08.09.2021 so as to facilitate the petitioners to avail their remedies in accordance with law.
