(ORAL) Petitioner prays for grant of pre-arrest bail in FIR No.292, dated 22.11.2018, registered under Sections 307, 323, 325, 148 and 149 IPC, at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana. On 2.9.2019, notice of motion was issued while noting the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that name of the petitioner was disclosed for the first time in supplementary statement of Devraj.

Learned counsel for the State while referring to the contents of the FIR has stated that name of the petitioner has been disclosed RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2019.09.25 17:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-33824-2019 (O&M) by referring to the village he belongs. Complete description of the petitioner has been given. It is alleged that a bearded boy attacked Beant Singh with his base ball bat which hit him directly on his face due to which denture of Beant Singh got burst and his tooth also broke. In view of aforesaid, the petitioner is not entitled to the concession of pre-arrest bail.

The petition is dismissed.
