H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) The applicant seeks transfer of petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, filed by her husband against her, which is pending before Family Court, Baba Bakala Sahib, Amritsar. Since the applicant seeks transfer of the petition within the same Sessions Division, the appropriate remedy for the applicant was to approach learned District Judge, Amritsar, in that regard rather than coming to this Court.

Therefore, the application is disposed of relegating the applicant to the remedy of approaching learned District Judge, Amritsar, at the first instance.
