Present criminal writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of direction to the official respondents No.2 & 3 for protecting the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 8.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, informs that in compliance of order dated 02.06.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner No.1 was produced before the Illaqa Magistrate on 02.06.2026 at 11:00 a.m. and she made a statement that of her own free will and volition, she choses to accompany her mother.

In view of the above, no cause survives in the present petition, as such, the same stands disposed of.
