The petitioner approached this Court for issuing direction to respondent No.3 to issue Form 'C' to the petitioner in terms of provisions of Central Sales Tax Act, 1956. Learned counsel appearing for the parties are agreed that legal issues involved in the present petition have already been gone into by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.29437 of 2017 titled as "Carpo Power Limited Vs. State of Haryana and others" decided on 28.03.2018 and the present petition can be disposed of in terms thereof.

It was further submitted that Special Leave Petition bearing No.20572 of 2018 filed against the aforesaid judgment of this Court was dismissed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court on 13.08.2018.
