**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 183 dated 21.6.2019, registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, Police Station Model Town, Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly states that despite the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 21.8.2019, the petitioner has not joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Rashwinder Pal Singh, also submits that the petitioner has not joined the investigation.
