On 13.11.2025, this Court had passed the following order:- "The co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 08.04.2024, passed the hereinafter extracted order: "Learned State counsel, on instructions from Ms. Paramjit Kaur, Labour Inspector, informs the Court that some of the clauses of the certified standing orders are against the model standing orders, and thus, the minimum criteria has been violated.

Let a detailed affidavit supported with relevant documents be filed within a week.

Adjourned to 30.04.2024."

Learned State counsel submits that the matter is under process for formatting new standing orders in accordance with model standing orders.

On his request, adjourned to 19.11.2025.

Today, learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr./Ms. Chanchaldeep, Assistant Labour Commissioner, informs this Court that the order concerning the certified standing orders shall be passed within a period of two months from today.

In view of the above statement, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to pass the order concerning the certified standing orders within a period of two months from today.
