(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for quashing of the impugned order dated 04.08.2021 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur.

A bare perusal of the impugned order shows that the trial Court has considered the aspect pleaded by the landlord in the petition, as well as, the requirement of the present petitioner being impleaded as a party in the rent petition. After considering the facts pleaded before the trial Court, the trial Court has come to the conclusion that in view of the pleadings raised by the rent-petitioner, he cannot be forced to have any other person as a respondent in the rent petition. Moreover, the trial Court has already recorded that if any order is passed in the rent petition that would not, necessarily, affect the present petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to interfere in the matter in exercise of its extra-ordinary powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Dismissed.
