The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 31.1.2017 (Annexure P-31). Similar order had been challenged earlier in CWP No. 2505 of 2017 M/S Sutlej Filling Station vs. Indian Oil Corporation Limited and anr, which was disposed of on 9.2.2017. Notice of motion. Mr. Ashish Kapoor, Standing Counsel for the Indian Oil Corporation Limited has accepted notice. Copy given. The present writ petition is also disposed of as pre-mature as no legal enforceable right has accrued to the petitioner to challenge any illegal action of the respondents. However, a direction is issued that in case of non compliance of the requisite information as per Annexure P-31 dated 31.1.2017, the petitioner will be informed of the discrepancies and the supplies will not be stopped for a period of next 30 days after the issuance of the communication in order to enable the petitioner to avail the legal remedy.
