The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the complaint No.NACT 30646/2018 dated 21.09.2018 under Sections 138/142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and Section 357 Cr.P.C. and for quashing of summoning order dated 05.02.2021, Annexure P-2. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 3.
