CRM-M-35914-2019 Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Chandni in case FIR No. 120 dated 16.07.2019, registered under Section(s) 420 IPC at Police Station City Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the matter is primarily of civil in nature and has been settled amicably between the parties vide compromise deed dated 17.08.2019 (Annexure P3). Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Pawan Sharda, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, whereas Mr. Hoshiar Singh, Advocate, who is present in the Court, has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. A copy of paper-book be provided to them during the course of the day. Learned counsel representing the complainant has affirmed the factum of effecting of compromise between the parties vide compromise deed dated 17.08.2019.
