Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., inter alia, seeking quashing of FIR No.75, dated 05.05.2010, registered under Section 420 of IPC, at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur (Annexure P-1), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, including the proclamation order dated 17.09.2010 (Annexure P-4). 2.
Faced with the situation that the present petition has been filed without verifying the facts mentioned in it by appending the supporting affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition, with liberty to file a fresh one with correct and complete particulars, in accordance with law.
